We use techniques to allow you to connect with the specific muscles necessary to move more efficiently, then progress your routine to include full-body exercises, circus-like maneuvers, and cardio training.
Each client begins with a functional movement assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and restrictions.
The next step is to set specific goals, ranging from reduced pain to enhanced performance. Every session will be planned with your goals in mind.
We’ll start with fundamental movement patterns. Once you have mastered each movement pattern, you will progress to unstable surfaces, complex exercises, and sport specific routines.
